Fushun YiKesi New Material Co., Ltd. was established in December 2009, which is a wholly owed subsidiary company of Qingdao Mesnac Co., Ltd. (Stock code :002073) and  key cis-isoprene rubber research organization of National Rubber and Tire Engineering Technology Research Center. Its registered capital is 200 million yuan. The company is located in the core block of Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Fushun Petrochemical Metro, which is an important petrochemical city of Northern China. It covers an area of 200 mu. It is an important company by inviting investment in Fushun and downstream company of Petro China Fushun Petrochemical Company which has a 800,000 tons per year ethylene plant.

The company has a 150,000 tons per year carbon 5 separation unit and an isoprene rubber plant of 40,000 tons per year. On November 16, 2011, the carbon 5 separation unit by the method of extracting with acetonitrile as the extract solvent, which was firstly applied in China, worked successfully. The unit which has the production capacity of 40,000 tons of IR per year was established in our company. In April 2014, we produced IR successfully in one time and can produce kinds of IR including medical IR and industrial IR. In many fields synthetic IR is used to replace the natural rubber, which means the history of having no IR ends, Chinese market monopoly for foreign product is broken and is of great strategic significance. Our main products include isoprene rubber (IR), isoprene (IP), 1,3-pentadiene (PIP), dicyclopentadiene (DCPD),cyclopentene, cyclopentane, isopentane, n-pentane, polymerization inhibitor and so on. Our products are widely used by the downstream enterprises and our prospect is very considerable. Our products are mainly used for the production of synthetic rubber, petroleum resins, pharmaceutical intermediates and various synthetic rubber products. We have become the key strategic partner of PetroChina, Sinopec, Goodyear, Germany Contitech, Dalian Hengli, Qingdao Sailun, Qingdao Eagles, Hebei FirstRubber and other domestic and overseas famous companies.
